Custom Products & Replacements

Because our products are personalized and custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for changes of mind.

However, we want you to love your purchase! If your custom product arrives with a wrong size or a printing error caused by our team, we will gladly offer to resend a replacement product to you at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately at hello@wearherlove.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
